Ieri, dopo un’intensa sessione di studio, ho deciso di gratificarmi come un bel dolcetto. Visto che l’atmosfera natalizia mi fa pensare sempre alla famiglia, ho scelto la prima ricetta che mi ha insegnato la mia adorata mammina e cioè il ciambellone alla ricotta. Siete pronti?
Avete bisogno di:
3 uova
300 grammi di farina
300 grammi di zucchero
300 grammi di ricotta
1 bustina di lievito
Cacao in polvere e/o gocce di cioccolato
E adesso mettiamo le mani in pasta:
Innanzitutto unite lo zucchero e la ricotta fino a farlo diventare un morbido impasto. Aggiungete le uova e successivamente farina e lievito, setacciandoli. A questo punto potete aggiungere le gocce di cioccolata e due cucchiai di cacao in polvere, a seconda dei gusti personali. Versate l’impasto in una teglia e spargete dello zucchero sopra per creare uno strato croccante in superficie. Lasciate cuocere per 40 minuti in forno a 180° e poi lasciate riposare, nel forno appena spento, per un quarto d’ora.
